Job Title: Secondary School Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Westminster

£90 - £100 per day

About the Role

The role of a Teaching Assistant involves supporting teachers and students throughout the school day. You will work closely with pupils who may require additional academic or behavioural support and help maintain a focused learning environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support classroom learning across KS3 and KS4
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist students with SEN and additional learning needs
• Support classroom management and lesson delivery
• Encourage engagement and positive behaviour
• Track student progress and report to teaching staff
• Support safeguarding and wellbeing policies

Eligibility Requirements

• Degree qualification required

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
