We are a fast-growing, client-focused financial planning firm based in Wirral. We’re seeking a technically strong Paraplanner to support our Wealth Advisers with complex project work across pensions, investments, tax, protection, and more.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisers to craft personalised financial reports and recommendations
  • Conduct technical research and analysis across pensions, investments, tax planning, protection, mortgages
  • Create cashflow models and stress test existing financial plans
  • Liaise with advisers and clients to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance
  • Stay current with changing legislation, products, and best practices
  • Suggest improvements to processes and tools to drive efficiency and quality

About You

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) required; Chartered status/CFP preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in pensions, investments, tax, protection
  • Excellent attention to detail, confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with financial planning software and MS Office and various AI tools
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
