Key Responsibilities

• Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in the classroom
• Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils needing extra help
• Supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson plans

What We Need From You

• Degree-qualified (essential)
• Confident and professional in working with teenagers
• Patient, reliable, and proactive
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed
