Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)

About the Role

As a Level 3 TA, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, working alongside teachers to enhance learning, deliver interventions, and provide 1:1 support when required.
These roles are ideal for experienced support staff who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact on children's progress and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across primary year groups
  * Deliver small group sessions and targeted interventions
  * Provide 1:1 support when required, including SEN pupils
  * Assist with classroom organisation and lesson resources
  * Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
  * Contribute to children's academic and social development
  * Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

? Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
? A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
? Ability to support a range of learners, including SEN
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
