ROLE: Motor Vehicle Technician

LOCATION: Pershore

SALARY: 40k OTE + Company Benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.30

Flame Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician for our client’s main dealership in Worcestershire.

You will need to have previous Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician experience in a main or franchised dealership or an independent workshop. You will also need a full UK driving licence and tools.

Duties - Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician :

• Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Completing vehicle health checks and documentation accurately.
• Liaising with service advisors and ensuring clear communication with customers where needed.
• Upholding manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
• Mentoring junior technicians where appropriate and leading by example.

About you - Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician :

• Experienced Vehicle Technician level qualifications
• Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a franchised dealership.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence..
