A welcoming mainstream primary school in Oxford is looking for a caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with moderate additional needs. In this 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:
* Provide tailored support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
* Assist with classroom activities, learning tasks, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to follow support plans
* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement
* Help create a calm and supportive learning environment
