Pay: £90 - £115 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
Contract: Term time only

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and vibrant primary school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive in their learning and development.

About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and wellbeing of pupils across the school. You will assist in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning under the direction of the class teacher

• Deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with additional needs

• Help to prepare classroom resources and maintain a stimulating learning space

• Encourage pupil participation, independence, and confidence

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

About You:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Have experience working in a primary school setting

• Be patient, proactive, and passionate about education

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
