Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Various Secondary Schools across Croydon
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Croydon.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students who may have additional learning needs, providing one-to-one or small group support both in and outside the classroom. You'll help create a positive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued, confident, and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of learning needs to access the curriculum

• Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies

• Foster a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote student independence

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

• Previous experience in an educational or SEN setting is desirable but not essential
