Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time) - Secondary Schools in Croydon

Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a network of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Croydon.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive educational environment and is eager to make a genuine impact in students' lives.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere

• Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills

• Work closely with the SEN team to ensure every child receives the support they deserve

• A caring, patient, and resilient individual who enjoys helping others succeed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience working with children or young people (in school or other settings) is desirable

• A genuine interest in education, inclusion, and supporting diverse learners
