Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner DA13

Swanstaff are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our client as a Part-Time Office Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of industrial office premises. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently to ensure a clean and organised workspace for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.

2. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.

3. Empty and dispose of trash from designated areas.

4. Wipe down and sanitise common areas, including door handles, light switches, and shared equipment.

5. Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any shortages to the supervisor.

6. Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

7. Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs identified during cleaning duties.

8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning preferred but not required.

2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

4. Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

5. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

6. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Working Hours:

* Part-time position, 6 Hours per week (3 hours per day)

* Flexible with shift times/days
