Experienced Estate Agent, with a strong Listing background for dynamic well known brand based in the beautiful City of Chester.
 
To be successful in this role you will assist the Branch Manager in developing the largest dominant market share for properties across all price ranges.

Long term career prospects As a Lister, your primary tasks will be:

Act as point of contact in manager’s absence to ensure the continuous success of the branch
Assist the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on market and under offer properties Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded.
Take responsibility for running the MA generation section of the opportunity report and achieving all follow up activities on time
Produce high conversion levels of Market Appraisals to full service sole agency Instructions and Third party sales
Produce high quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
Always provide exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations.  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
Business Prospecting and proactive activity
Extensive local market knowledge and networking
Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
Displaying excellent customer service at all times
Have excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships.
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of over achievement.
Motivated and enthusiastic 
Display high standards of service and presentation
Have good organisational skills
Ambitious and career orientated Must haves:

Car owner with a full driving licence
Have the legal right to work in the UK
