Basic salary £36K + Uncapped Commission - Company Car - Career Progression

Flexible hours required and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday

We are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Manager with estate agency experience to complement our clients fantastic team. This is a great opportunity for a proven Lettings Manager to join an established company that is committed to growth and expansion.

As an experienced manager, you will have experience working in property lettings, managing a team and working towards success and imcreasing profitability.

Key responsibilities of the Lettings Manager

* Running a profitable and well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

* Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed standards of performance and targets set.

* Motivating your team, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

* Managing work loads

* Contributing to the management of the maintenance team working alongside the Projects Manager

* Client meetings and communication

* Meeting with landlords and tenants

* Working with the in-house marketing team

* Networking to promote corporate lettings through strategic alliances

* Moving on to set up an excellent estate agency within 1 year

Skills and experience required:

* Experience in generating new business in a target driven environment

* Seek new clients and revenue opportunities

* Diary management

* Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team

* Outstanding customer care/customer service experience

* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* A Full UK driving licence

* Lettings and estate agency experience
