Customer Advisor - Repairs & Maintenance

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Advisor to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team at Kingston Park.

As a Customer Advisor you will deal with repairs and maintenance issues and queries and provide practical support and administrative activities relating to this function.

If you have excellent communication skills, a team focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

* Full time (37 hrs Monday to Friday)

* £24,412 per annum

* Permanent contract

About you:

You’ll need:

* Experience of call handling in a busy environment (preferably call centre/help desk)

* Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient in using IT systems

* Positive can-do attitude

* Enthusiastic team player
