Quantity / Senior Surveyor – Social Housing

Greater Manchester

Up to £55K + Car Allowance + Bonus

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in the North West who are now actively recruiting a Senior / Quantity Surveyor.

You will have experience leading a Team of Surveyors.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.

* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their requirements.

* Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

* Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

* Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.

* Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity / Senior Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

* Experience working within social housing on planned work/kitchens and bathroom projects.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
