We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Burton-on-Trent. Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire Salary: £83.50 - £95 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Temporary, with the potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students across various subjects.
Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure their academic and personal development.
Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student progress.Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
