Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a fast growing, well-established, successful Ashford based business offering an extensive and innovative product range from industry leading brands and manufacturers. Our client have a hard-working, fun company culture and are seeking an Ecommerce Product Executive to join the team.

Offering a competitive salary (based on experience), free parking onsite, company provided refreshments, 20 days holiday (+ BH) and a company state pension plan. the ideal candidate would come with ecommerce experience

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is a critical and responsible role, part of a wider Website Administration team; responsible for growing the product offering, enhancing the current website content and assisting with the day to day running of the website.

The Role:

* Upload new products and manage existing products on the website platform.

* Use product information to write product titles, descriptions, and unique selling bullet points to improve customer experience.

* Liaising with third parties (including manufacturers) to gain relevant pricing and product information, solve problems and build positive working relationships.

* Ensuring that all product information is populated correctly, accurate and in accordance with SEO best practises.

Monitor the effectiveness of your work with analytics.

Support sales, warehouse and trade counter teams through ad hoc administrative tasks.

Troubleshoot internal IT systems as needed.

The ideal candidate

*

Ecommerce / content management experience.

*

Demonstrate knowledge in data management and manipulation in Excel - not put off by large spreadsheets!

* Commercial business acumen, highly self-motivated and proactive. Confidence and ability to chase suppliers, discuss margins and be commercially aware!

* Excellent attention to detail and work with extreme accuracy.

* Communicates confidently through e-mails, phone calls and in-person.

* Comfortable managing and prioritising their own workload.

* Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team.

* Magento experience would be a plus.

* Happy in a dog-friendly office :-)
