What you will be doing:

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives and target markets.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital assets.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Ensuring the CRM is being used to its full potential – building data sets, setting up automation and analytics.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Having a commercial approach to Marketing expenditure and managing a marketing spend effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing investments.
Impacting where possible on maximising gross margin.
What we are looking for:

Proven track record of success in strategic marketing roles within a technical B2B environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Experience selling for a business on Amazon would be advantageous.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a drive to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
