• Working closely with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and consistent learning
• Building your confidence and skills by working in real classroom settings

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young people in any context, such as education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work
• Comfortable leading groups and encouraging student participation
• Clear communicator, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed
• Interested in exploring a future career in education or teaching
