Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants Wanted in Harlow - Protocol Education

Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant or Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible or long-term work in local schools and nurseries?

Protocol Education are working with a range of primary schools, nurseries and early years settings across Harlow, Epping Forest (including Loughton, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill) and Uttlesford, offering consistent opportunities for supportive, enthusiastic and reliable staff.

The Role
• Supporting children in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 settings
• Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and development
• Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy
• Supporting children with additional needs (SEN), including ASD and SEMH
• Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children
• Supporting classroom routines and behaviour management

What We’re Looking For
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
