Job Description
- A fantastic opportunity to join a well established company in the London insurance market in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
- The successful candidate will have experience of working in a credit control role either in the Insurance or Financial Services sector
- In this role you will be liaising with Underwriters, Claims Handlers, and Members/Brokers therefore excellent communication skills will be required
- Working closely with the Underwriting teams to resolve unpaid premiums from the Members
- Clearing the cash receipts on the accounting system
- Investigating received remittances from Members/Brokers in order to identify relevant correct premiums to applied with the payment
- Dealing with internal/external queries in a timely manner
- Providing regular updates to the Operations Manager surrounding the designated portfolio of accounts being managed
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
