About the Role

A leading UK insurance brokerage is looking for a Commercial Claims Executive to join their Corporate Retail Claims team. This client-facing role combines hands-on claims management with strategic reporting and advisory support for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex claims (£75k+) across Property, Liability, Business Interruption and Financial Lines
• Act as a claims advocate, negotiating with insurers and advising clients
• Oversee up to 50 live claims, delegating to claims handlers where appropriate while retaining oversight of complex matters
• Dedicated account manager for ~40 corporate clients
• Analyse claims data, produce reports, identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Lead client meetings and claims reviews, including pre-renewal discussions
• Commercial claims experience, ideally Property and/or Liability

Candidate Requirements

• Broker, insurer, loss adjusting or claims management background
• Strong client-facing, organisational and analytical skills
• Proactive, responsive and professional approach
• Insurance qualifications or legal background advantageous, certainly not essential
