External Reporting Manager - Insurance Sector - London

Alexander Lloyd is working with a long standing key client to appoint a Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Reporting Manager to join their team.

This would suit a technically strong Accountant who has experience of group consolidations, managing external auditor relationships, submission of regulatory returns and financial statements preparation.

Key duties will include;

• UK legal entity reporting
• Engagement across wider finance teams
• Oversight and management of group consolidations
• Involvement with a number of planned and ongoing projects

The Person

• Qualified Accountant
• Insurance sector experience is essential
• Strong technical accounting background
• Solid reporting experience
• Mentoring skills
• UK GAAP Reporting experience
• US GAAP reporting an advantage
• Audit trained would be an advantage
• Excellent Excel and systems ability
