Administrator - Part Time in Catford - ORP Recruitment

An established company are currently looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their team. The Part Time Administrator assisting with invoicing and purchase orders, putting together Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for jobs and setting up new contracts using the in-house system.

• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata
• Office based – 3 days (21 hours P/W)
• Off street parking available

Part Time Administrator duties:

• Answering incoming calls, responding to queries and directing appropriately
• Assisting with invoicing and chasing purchase orders, liaising with clients as required
• Liaising with the Accounts Team regarding queries on invoices and purchase orders
• Setting up and updating new client contracts and managing site folders
• Managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Setting up service agreements and forwarding to clients
• Updating client portals
• Managing the in-house telephone list and updating spreadsheets as necessary
• Setting up emails and mobile phone for operatives, ensuring these are linked to the in-house system
• Assisting the Contracts Manager with tenders
• Updating the in-house fleet management system on a regular basis, logging MOT’s, services, insurance, and fuel cards
• Obtaining quotes and managing insurance renewals for the fleet
• Reconciling monthly congestion, Dart Charges and personal mileage

Part Time Administrator required skills/competencies:

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise personal workloads
