Management Accountant in London - Redhat

Location: London (Hybrid)

A growing, internationally connected creative and marketing group is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a broad, hands-on role reporting directly to the Financial Controller, offering excellent exposure across management accounting, group reporting, and commercial finance.

The role is well suited to a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L and variance analysis
• Prepare group reporting packs covering working capital, cash forecasts, and intercompany balances
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead revenue recognition in line with accounting standards
• Partner with client-facing teams, acting as a commercial finance advisor
• Review WIP and support accounts receivable with risk and collections insight
• Support the year-end audit and statutory filings
• Assist with finance system improvements and process automation

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 2+ years’ accounts experience
• Experience working within a Media Agency / Creative Business
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition
• Good Excel skills (pivots, lookups, SUMIFs)
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and commercially minded
