Institutional Client Services Associate

A leading global electronic brokerage firm is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Institutional Client Services Associate to join its London-based team. The firm provides trading access to more than 150 markets worldwide and forms part of a well-capitalised, publicly listed international financial services group.
This role offers the opportunity to support institutional clients — including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and broker-dealers — within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
The Role You will act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective institutional clients, delivering high-quality service via telephone, ticketing systems, and live chat.
The position plays a key role in building long-term client relationships while ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience as the firm continues to expand its global product offering.

Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for institutional client queries
- Provide support across multiple trading platforms (desktop, mobile, and web)
- Resolve trade-related queries (order entry, execution, platform navigation)
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with key institutional clients
- Contribute to platform and process enhancement projects
- Support client training initiatives and assist with market research activities
Qualifications & Skills - Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with an interest in financial markets and technology
- Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is advantageous
- University degree (or equivalent)
- A few years’ experience, ideally in a client-facing role within a global financial institution
- (Strong junior candidates with relevant technical knowledge will also be considered.)
Location & Hours - London (City)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Hybrid working model
