A leading global electronic brokerage firm is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Institutional Client Services Associate to join its London-based team. The firm provides trading access to more than 150 markets worldwide and forms part of a well-capitalised, publicly listed international financial services group.

This role offers the opportunity to support institutional clients — including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and broker-dealers — within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

The Role

You will act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective institutional clients, delivering high-quality service via telephone, ticketing systems, and live chat.

The position plays a key role in building long-term client relationships while ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience as the firm continues to expand its global product offering.

The organisation fosters a supportive culture with opportunities for professional growth through project involvement, mentoring programmes, and structured training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for institutional client queries
  • Provide support across multiple trading platforms (desktop, mobile, and web)
  • Resolve trade-related queries (order entry, execution, platform navigation)
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key institutional clients
  • Contribute to platform and process enhancement projects
  • Support client training initiatives and assist with market research activities
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with an interest in financial markets and technology
  • Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is advantageous
  • University degree (or equivalent)
  • A few years’ experience, ideally in a client-facing role within a global financial institution
  • (Strong junior candidates with relevant technical knowledge will also be considered.)
Location & Hours
  • London (City)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Hybrid working model
Benefits
  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance-based discretionary bonus
  • Discretionary equity participation
  • Pension scheme
  • Group life assurance and income protection
  • Private medical and dental options (post-probation)
  • Above statutory annual leave (increasing with service)
  • Travel season ticket loan & cycle-to-work scheme
  • Corporate events and wellbeing initiatives
