An established IT & Data consulting firm is seeking a highly connected Fractional Business Developer to support growth within the Financial Services market.

This is a senior-level, relationship-led role focused purely on opportunity origination and access, not day-to-day sales execution or delivery.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a credible, well-networked Financial Services leader who can:

• Open doors to C-suite and senior decision-makers across Insurance and/or Banking
• Generate qualified introductions and early-stage opportunities
• Sponsor initial conversations and position IT & Data consulting services credibly
• Support early opportunity shaping before handing over to the core sales team
• This is a strategic, influence-based role - ideal for someone who understands how buying decisions are made within complex FSI organisations and can navigate them effectively.

Ideal Background

• Former senior executive within the Financial Services market
• Strong personal network among C-level and senior stakeholders in Insurance and/or Banking
• Recognised as a trusted peer capable of securing senior-level access
• Currently operating as an independent advisor, NED, consultant, or semi-retired executive
• Commercially astute with a clear focus on opportunity creation
• A high-level understanding of IT and Data consulting services (digital transformation, data platforms, analytics, modernisation) is advantageous - hands-on technical expertise is not required.

Commitment & Compensation

• 1-2 days per week
• £900 - £1,100 per day equivalent
