Financial Controller in London - JENOA Insurance & Risk Services

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial reporting, planning, and control activities for the UK entity and it’s subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, ensuring high-quality IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Consolidation with international subsidiaries
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across business units.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury management, and working capital optimisation.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare board-level financial packs, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, and international expansion.
• Implement and enhance financial systems, automation tools, and reporting workflows.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS, HMRC requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.
