Senior Business Analyst - Real Assets in London - eFinancialCareers

We are working with a highly respected investment institution managing £10bn+ of assets in the search for a Business Analyst to support a major Real Assets administration outsourcing programme.

This role will sit at the centre of a high-profile transformation project, helping define business requirements, map end-to-end operating processes and design the target operating model as real asset administration transitions to an outsourced provider.

The position will work closely with investment operations, finance, accounting, asset managers, technology teams and external service providers , ensuring a controlled transition with strong governance and minimal disruption to BAU.

A key part of the role will involve mapping front-to-back real assets processes across Investments, Administration, Finance and Reporting , while supporting requirements gathering, service design and operational readiness.

We are particularly interested in candidates with business analysis experience within asset management, fund administration or financial services operations , along with an understanding of real assets operational concepts such as capital expenditure, leases, valuations, SPVs and property-level cashflows.
