Senior UX Consultant in Manchester - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited

I am currently working with a consultancy who are actively seeking a senior UX consultant to lead UX discovery for a range of business-critical journeys in the helpdesk and self-service space.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong identity-centric UX experience with authentification, MFA, IDV, and recovery journeys.
• Strong experience designing accessible, low friction user journeys.
• Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Good background in behavioural change or service design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in regulated environments.

What you'll get in return:

• Up to £495pd Umbrella.
• Initial 6-month contract with extensions.
• Hybrid working in Manchester.
