About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to help deliver a seamless mortgage experience for customers. You’ll manage borrower accounts, handle enquiries, and support the smooth operation of day-to-day servicing activity. What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all borrower interactions are handled professionally.
  • Respond promptly to borrower enquiries via email.
  • Prepare redemption statements and follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Contact borrowers in arrears, taking payments securely over the phone.
  • Keep mortgage account and CRM systems accurate and fully up to date.
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and service standards.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to management when necessary.

About You

  • Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused.
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Able to follow established processes and procedures effectively.

Mortgage or servicing experience is beneficial but not essential — comprehensive training will be provided. What truly matters is your proactive attitude and passion for delivering great results.
