£25,000 +bonus (£5,000-£7,000 year one OTE)

They are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is a fast-paced, target-led role where you’ll take charge of converting warm leads, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships.


The Sales Executive role will have the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commission, which equates to £5,000 - £7,000 OTE in year one. If you thrive on hitting targets, closing deals, and delivering great customer experiences, this could be the opportunity for you!!

The Role:

  • This is a telephone-based sales role – the Sales Executive will manage and convert inbound and warm leads into paying clients, by confidently presenting services and handling objections to close sales
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for winning business, following up with clients, communicating with the wider team and building positive, professional relationships both externally and internally
  • Build strong relationships to maximise client retention and upselling opportunities. These relationships are key to future business. The Sales Executive will have the ability to recognise further opportunities to increase sales and revenues for the business
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • This is a growing department within the business and there will be plenty of opportunity for personal development


Required Skills:

  • Proven sales or telesales experience, gained over a minimum of 6 months. This role will suit someone who is looking to take control of their sales career and maximise earning potential
  • A confident, persuasive communicator with a great phone manner
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission and succeed
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience working to KPIs
