Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for consistent, rewarding work across a supportive trust of schools in Chesterfield?

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a Multi-Academy Trust with a mix of primary and secondary schools, and we are looking to recruit reliable, adaptable Teaching Assistants to support on a supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different school environments, and is looking for regular work across a network of schools.

As a Teaching Assistant, you may be supporting across:

• EYFS, KS1, KS2 or Secondary settings

• Whole class support, small group work, and 1:1 support

• Assisting pupils with learning, engagement, and confidence

• Supporting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom routines

• Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment

To be considered, you should have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting

• A flexible, proactive, and professional approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability for at least 2 days per week on a regular basis

• A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable (e.g., Level 2/3), but not essential if you have strong experience
