Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Corby - Tradewind Recruitment

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Pay: £90-£95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Long-term (term-time only)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly and inclusive mainstream school in the Corby area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA looking to further develop their skills within a supportive school environment.

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom

• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery

• Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND

• Help maintain a positive, safe and engaging learning environment

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Have previous experience working in a school setting

• Be proactive, reliable and able to work as part of a team

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
