Teaching Assistant in Corby - Tradewind Recruitment

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Pay: £90-£95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Long-term (term-time only)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming mainstream school in the Corby area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils and contributing positively to the classroom environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom, working with individuals and small groups

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Help pupils stay engaged, focused and motivated in their learning

• Provide additional support to pupils with varying needs, including SEND

• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

• A positive, proactive and flexible approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine interest in supporting pupils' learning and development

• Relevant qualifications or backgrounds in education, childcare or youth work are advantageous but not essential
