Y6 Teaching Assistant in Stockport - Tradewind Recruitment

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Stockport area who are looking to appoint a Year 6 Teaching Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA who is confident working within KS2, particularly supporting pupils in preparation for SATs.

• Supporting the Year 6 class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

• Working with small groups and individual pupils

• Delivering targeted interventions to support attainment and progress

• Providing academic and pastoral support to pupils where required

• Previous experience working within a KS2 classroom

• Proven experience delivering interventions

• A proactive, confident, and supportive approach

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
