Finance Business Partner - Harrogate
About the role:
Campbell Grove Talent are recruiting for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing multi-site organisation based in Harrogate. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior operational leaders to drive financial performance, improve decision making and support business growth.
The successful candidate will move beyond traditional finance reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders across the business. You will provide insight, challenge, and support to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with operational and departmental leaders across multiple sites to support financial planning and performance
- Produce and interpret monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decision making
- Challenge performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments
- Support cost control and margin improvement initiatives
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
- Support the wider finance team and contribute to finance transformation projects
About you:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial finance background, ideally within a multi-site, operational or fast-paced environment
- Proven experience of business partnering with non-finance stakeholders at all levels
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing competing priorities
