Your New Role

Working within a fast-growing and highly reputable technology services provider, you will be joining the business as a Microsoft Licensing Specialist. In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing and advising on Microsoft software licensing across a broad customer base, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and accurate licence management.

You will play a key role in supporting sales and account teams through licence quotations, renewals, and order processing, while acting as a trusted point of contact for customers on all licensing-related queries. Further to this, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate licensing records, managing subscription lifecycles, and supporting reporting on licence usage, spend, and optimisation opportunities.

To Ensure Your Success

You will have experience in sales support, order processing, licensing, or commercial operations within a technology or SaaS environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating complex information clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM or ERP systems are essential, alongside a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programmes such as CSP, EA, or MCA would be highly advantageous, as would experience working with Microsoft Partner Center or similar platforms.
