Job Description

This is a part-time, interim role for an experienced bank reconciliation clerk to support the finance team during a busy period. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can take ownership of bank reconciliations and work with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completing daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
  • Investigating and resolving reconciling items, discrepancies and unallocated cash
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
  • Ensuring all reconciliations are accurate, timely and fully documented
  • Supporting month-end close activities where required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a bank reconciliation–focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Confident working with high volumes and tight deadlines
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
  • Comfortable working independently in an interim role
