Job Description
This is a part-time, interim role for an experienced bank reconciliation clerk to support the finance team during a busy period. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can take ownership of bank reconciliations and work with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities:
- Completing daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Investigating and resolving reconciling items, discrepancies and unallocated cash
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
- Ensuring all reconciliations are accurate, timely and fully documented
- Supporting month-end close activities where required
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a bank reconciliation–focused role
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Confident working with high volumes and tight deadlines
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
- Comfortable working independently in an interim role
