Trainee Accountant in Blackburn - AFR Consulting

Our exclusive manufacturing and retail client based in Blackburn, are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accountant to join their busy accounts team. This role comes with full ACCA or CIMA study support and would suit someone who wants a full training package.

Duties of the role include:

• Assisting with preparation of the accounts for both the manufacturing and the retail side of the business
• Providing support to the management accountants
• Bank reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Journal entries
• Various adhoc reporting on Excel
• Cash reconciliations
• Variance analysis
• Adhoc accounting duties within the management accounting team.

There will be full on the job training with this role as well as the study support. This role would suit a studier or graduate who wishes to carry on their studies who has hands on working experience.
