Tradewind Education is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Camden to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a full-time temporary role from January 2026 through to July 2026.

About the Role:

• Provide in-class support to pupils across the primary age range

• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and engagement

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting (desirable)

• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
