He needs a confident figure in place managing the day to day transactional accounting up to TB, with regular check-ins with the accountants at period end.

Otherwise, yours to totally own with no micro-managing, no one looking over your shoulder; he'll trust that you'll just get on with the job!

Brilliant business, currently £2m with plans to expand in 2026 however maintaining a close-knit workforce is very much still on the cards - it's what makes them so successful afterall!

All they're asking for is someone who genuinely understands bookkeeping - you know ledgers, you've done your time in the world of debits, credits, invoices, and reconciliations. You like structure, you like routine - and you like knowing exactly what your job is day to day.
