Group Financial Reporting Manager in Birmingham - Mitchell Adam

Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a well established, international organisation undergoing continued growth, who are seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Accountant to support the finance function during a busy and critical period.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller this role will take ownership of the Group's statutory reporting, consolidation and audit processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including manufacturing and operations.

A successful candidate's responsibilities will include but are not limited to leading the Group year-end close across multiple entities, prepare consolidated and subsidiary statutory accounts under FRS 102, preforming as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing timelines and deliverables and maintain and update the Group accounting manual.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with strong technical accounting experience, particularly under FRS 102.
• Proven experience in group reporting, consolidation, and audit management preferably within FMCG or multi-entity, fast-paced environment experience.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
• The ability to operate effectively in an interim, change-driven environment.
