Senior Reporting Accountant Hybrid-Working in Redhill - Harvey John

This is a newly created position to join a large, global business on the outskirts of Gatwick, offering excellent progression prospects.

This opportunity would favour an ambitious, qualified (or nearly qualified) accountant, looking for their next step, in a role which will enable them to supervise a team over time.

You will take ownership for a range of financial accounting matters across various entities around the world.

Your duties will include...

• Financial Reporting to IFRS
• Intercompany/ multi-currency transactions
• Bank Reconciliations
• Fixed-Asset maintenance
• Multiple VAT returns across the group
• Supporting with Budget setting and cash flow forecasting

The ideal candidate for this role will...

• Be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Though those that will be imminently qualified (ie. finalist and actively studying), with relevant experience, will also be considered for the position
• Have strong Financial accounting knowledge, with financial reporting experience gained within an international setting (ie. some knowledge of IFRS)
• Have worked within a medium to large company before and used to dealing with complex accounting matters
• Be a driven and ambitious finance professional
