Management Accountant Part Qualified in Lingfield - TN Recruits

We are looking to bring on board a Part-Qualified Accountant who will be an integral part of our finance team. This role offers a blend of hands-on accounting tasks and support for broader financial activities, ideal for someone progressing towards full qualification.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts and supporting schedules
• Assisting with ledger reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Handling VAT returns and other compliance-related tasks
• Supporting audit preparation and liaising with external auditors
• Providing financial insights to the business through reporting and analysis
• Helping junior team members and contributing to process improvements

Your profile should include:

• You’re currently working towards an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of core accounting duties (ledger, reconciliations, month-end)
• Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills – able to interact with team members, stakeholders and external parties
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working under deadlines
