Assistant Management Accountant:

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team within the manufacturing function. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail oriented individual looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, innovative production environment. The position offers hands-on exposure to Management Accounting and Business Partnering while supporting key operational finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Supporting Management Accounting activities, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Assisting with Business Partnering by working closely with operational teams to provide financial insights.

• Supporting billing processes and materials-related financial tasks.

• Assisting with stock valuation, cost calculation, and manufacturing cost analysis.

• Contributing to audits, reconciliations, and cost-control initiatives.

• Collaborating with production, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
