?? The Role:

As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting financial decision-making during an exciting period of growth. You'll be producing monthly management accounts, analysing key variances, working closely with operations, and helping to drive performance across the site.

? What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or close to qualifying
• Previous experience in manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable
• A confident communicator with strong analytical skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
