Site Financial Controller.

Your Role:As Site Financial Controller, you’ll take full ownership of the site’s financial management, ensuring accuracy, insight, and strategic influence across all operations.
- Lead the delivery of accurate financial statements and consolidated UK reporting
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
- Partner with the Site Director and leadership team to drive strategy and profitability
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and IFRS/GAAP standards
- Lead and develop a talented UK finance team across management accounting, costing, and reporting
- Deliver monthly performance analysis, highlighting key trends, KPIs, and actionable insights
- Provide robust financial modelling on capital investments and strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across finance processes
About YouWe’re looking for a
qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership flair. You will bring:
- A proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with a focus on driving performance
- A collaborative approach and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong ERP and planning system experience, with a passion for process improvement and transformation
- The drive, energy, and curiosity to challenge the norm and make a lasting impact
