• Acting as a finance business partner to the Plant Manager and operational leads
• Analysing performance, variances and trends and then driving the fixes
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategic goals
• Overseeing cost accounting, inventory control and accurate financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with group reporting through SAP
• Managing capital expenditure, fixed assets and month-end close
• Supporting cross-functional projects across finance, supply chain and operations

• Is CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualified (or nearly there)
• Has solid experience in a manufacturing finance or cost accounting role
• Understands product costing, variance analysis and inventory management
• Can confidently use ERP systems (SAP ideal) and advanced Excel
• Has the curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo and influence outcomes
