In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day Employee Relations casework

• Oversee and support the HR Administrator

• Travel as required to hotel locations across the UK

• Apply strong Human Resources advisor skills to deliver best practices

• Uphold professional standards

To succeed, you will need:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above), or equivalent experience

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role

• A solid understanding of good HR practice

• Flexibility to travel when required

• A full driving licence and access to your own car
