In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering effective HR operations:

• Manage day-to-day Employee Relations casework

• Oversee and support the HR Administrator

• Provide guidance on best practice HR processes

• Travel to hotels across the UK as required

To succeed, you'll bring:

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or above, or equivalent experience

• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources advisor position

• Strong understanding of good HR practice

• Confidence in managing ER cases

• Your own car, as travel is essential
